I did Yoga for the first time in my life last night and really enjoyed it. It's one hour a week here to totally escape where I'm at. Thirty people, fifty fifty gender differential, black, white hispanic. Everybody seing each others light. Leading with the heart.

Then wrapping up and seeing everybody get up, smile, walk over to the gun racks, sling their M2 over their shoulder, and walk out of the gym. Yoga in Iraq. Peace.
